So here is a Bella Thorne Style Steal!  Black Leather Jacket - Select White Camisole - ASOS Black Jeans - New Look  It really depends on what sense of style you have as to what shoes you would put with this outfit. Get to know me!

Image
Hello Lovelies, I have been writing on this blog since January (well seriously) and I feel like you, my readers don't know all that much about me so I thought I would do this post with some random facts about me and why I started this blog?  Okay let's start with why I started this blog!?  One of the main reasons why I wanted to start this blog is that I love writing and my dream job is to be a journalist. So I first thought if I continue with this blog it can show that I can write regularly and people can see my writing techniques! (I think that may make some sense). Then I found a topic to write about that I really enjoyed - fashion and lifestyle so I write for pleasure (as I always have!) but I find I am a lot more passionate with what I am doing. Also random insert of my face if you haven't already seen it just warning you!   Now for some random facts! 1.  I want to be a published fiction author.  This may seem peculiar but I have loved doing creative writing ever since

Get an Edgy style for summer 2015!

Image
Hello lovelies, I really admire people like Kylie Jenners sense of style where they have a bit more of a risky, edgy look so here is an outfit that will suit even the most tame of people!  1. Shirt £14.99 Select  2. Jeans £17.99 Select  Here are some shoes that I feel like would really finish off this outfit.  Shoes £14.50 - New Look  I hope you like this post and my next post should hopefully be up tomorrow but nothing is definite! Thanks for reading,  - Ellie Xx  Question Of The Post: If you could define your style in one word what it be and why!?  My answer: Bipolar. (I hope no one takes offence to this term, I don't mean it in a offensive or hurtful way I mean it by one of the ways it is defined as having or relating to two poles or extremeties) This may seem like such a peculiar answer but one day I can be a really girly person and the next I am wearing a really edgy outfit then five minutes later I am wearing vintage chic. I don't know tell me your answer in the comments

Image
Hello, I love Netflix and its summer well for some of you it is I haven't broken up from school yet. So you all have a lot of free time on your hands so here is my 5 things that a must see on Netflix. 1. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.  (Image from http://richyrocks.com/coolenglish/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/unbreakable-kimmy-schmidt1.jpg)  I loved this show! I have seen all of season 1 and I am hoping Netflix make more episodes. It is hilarious as it is a grown women who still acts like an 11 year old and hasn't reall been a proper adolescent so if you have the time watch this if your bored or just want to have a laugh.  2. Pretty Little Liars (Image from: http://vodzilla.co/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/pretty-little-liars-700x393.jpeg)  You all know this would come somewhere in this list I love this show it has well developed characters that fit in with dramatic plot twists! I don't know what it is about pretty little liars that makes me love it so muc but it is just a great dra

EASY DIY - Simple And Affordable Wall Art

Image
Hello lovelies!  I love how easy it is to turn a simple empty box frame into a beautiful piece of wall art and that's what inspired this post. I will be showing you how to make these two beautiful pieces below:        Firstly you do not have to be really good at DIYS because to be honest I am rubbish at most if not all of them!  For both of these pieces of wall art you will need a box frame I used two completely different frames in the floral wall art piece I used a frame from ikea but in the mirrored quote wall art I used one from the range (that was only £2.99!). The Floral Wall Art Piece For this you will need glue, fake flowers and a box frame! The frame and flowers I used were from ikea but you can use any I know the store Boyes has flowers from £1 each (you will need at least 5) which is great value for money if your on a tight budget.  All you need to do is take the heads of the flowers of the stem and then glue them to the piece of paper/card you get in your frame, I used a

DIY Shabby Chic Makeup Table

Image
Hello,  As some of you may know I have been redecorating my bedroom and I have never had a really nice makeup table - ever! So me and my mam set out to refurbish an old set of drawers.  Before we painted the drawers we sanded them down (with sand paper 😂) and then we applied the paint! A good tip with applying paint is to go with the natural wood grain or it just won't look right.  The paint I used was Rust-Oleum Chalk Finish Furniture Paint In Chalk White!  If you want it to look 'shabby chic' then apply two coats and go other when finished with a damp sheet of sand paper to make it look distressed. When you have the disered look make sure it stays and won't get stained by the stuff on it by applying wax. I personally used the wax that the paint tin said to use which was Rust-Oleum Finishing Wax. And this was the end result.. Dun... Dun...Dun!  Tell me what you think in the comments also this post was not sponsored by Rust-Oleum as much as I love there products 😂 als

May Favourites

Image
Hello! Today I thought I would (finally) upload my May favourites. I had a lot of time out shopping in May which is very abnormal for me (note the sarcasm). So this post is also a bit of a haul (to fuel my shopping addiction even more).  (Disclaimer: None of my posts are sponsored unless said. And all opinions are always my own)                1. Andrew Barton Miracle frizz tamer super smoothing shampoo. Gosh is that a mouthful. I have never tried any Andrew Barton products before but I was wanting something that could smooth out my naturally frizzy and curly thick hair and this is perfect for that. I love this and will definitely be repurchasing it.  2.  Nice n Easy Conditioner I dyed my hair last month and it can make your hair very dry. Which is why the conditioners you get in the hair dyes are so thick, creamy and actually more conditioning than most conditioners if that makes any sense? I actually love these conditioners they are amazing and you can actually buy these separately s

Style Icon(s) - Victoria Beckham

Image
Hello People Of The Internet! I am so sorry to have not uploaded in the past few days I just haven't been feeling very well and I am just about to redecorate my room so this month is quite a stressful one. It actually turns out I have ANOTHER water infection my third one in the last few months.                            Any whom it thought I would make a blog post on one of my biggest style icons the amazing Victoria Beckham (and if you have been reading my blog for a while you will have realised how much I lover her). Okay let me be real I honestly love her sense of style (what she wears aka when she ALWAYS looks good) and her clothing as a designer. I spend some of my free time stalking her Instagram which is simply stunning! And sit in awe at her website looking at the clothes I can't afford.... And lets be real probably never will be able to afford!  I adore the high necked dresses Victoria Beckham wears and several of her other outfits so nearly always somehow manages to
